Marketing Manager

Permanent employee, Full-time · London
40,000 - 50,000 £ per year
About us
Log my Care is one of the fastest-growing Care Software start-ups in the UK, having quadrupled its customer base since 2020. Our mission is to digitise the social care sector (care homes and home care agencies) and help hundreds of thousands of carers to provide a better quality of care to the UK’s most vulnerable people. The sector is over 60% analogue and paper-based, losing out on the many benefits technology can bring. We’re passionate about changing this with our awesome mobile App and Web-based tools that make delivering care far, far easier for hard-working carers.
The role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric Marketing Manager focusing on Demand Generation to join our ambitious marketing team. Reporting to Stu, our Senior Marketing Manager you’ll help us plan and implement the marketing strategy that will drive demand, and generate sales leads and revenue for the business.

You will:
  • Plan, develop and execute the B2B marketing campaigns to drive inbound demo requests.
  • Execute our channel strategy through content, events, PR, social media and advertising.
  • Write engaging automated emails, sent based on behaviour and optimise those campaigns based on performance.
  • Manage and execute all marketing campaigns primarily through Hubspot.
  • Write compelling copy and content for the campaigns you own. While you won’t be expected to write long-form content such as blog posts you will be required to write email copy, and also copy for various advertisements including brochures.
  • Be highly detail-oriented and well-organised to efficiently manage various priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Analyse data including monitoring website performance to identify opportunities for optimisations.
  • Create a variety of marketing assets (images, copy, video) for campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to collaborate on campaign plans to achieve objectives.
Your experience
You have:
  • 3+ years’ marketing experience working for a B2B SaaS startup or scale up.
  • Experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub for executing marketing campaigns and creating reports.
  • Strong email marketing experience, able to design and create engaging email marketing campaigns (automated and broadcast) and optimise based on their performance.
  • A strong working understanding of inbound marketing and demand generation to generate sales leads and build a pipeline.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to making things happen to take advantage of opportunities or solve problems as they arise.
  • A passion for learning new things and being proactive in asking about the ‘why’ and ‘how’. You’re a fast learner and enjoy absorbing lots of new information.
  • An analytical and strategic mindset - always looking for ways to learn and improve.
  • An entrepreneurial and self-starter approach to work and have the ability to ‘make things happen’.
